A few months after joining one of the most dynamic, flat-out fun agencies in the region, I led the development of a new brand for the shop itself. Epicosity had become a thriving business and the second largest marketing firm in the state. It was ready to take things to a bold new level, not just to compete in more challenging markets, but to tell the truth about who the organization had become.
With a solid methodology for brand strategy and the contributions of a number of brilliant creative colleagues, we introduced the new agency mission: awaken the champions of the new economy — or, for short, Awaken Champions.
